The Oahu Invasive Species Committee (OISC) is a voluntary partnership of state, federal, and private agencies. OISC works to prevent the establishment of new alien pests, controls incipient pests on public and private land, and educates the community about the threats of invasive species and what they can do to help.
At our 2015 annual meeting Erin Bishop of the Oahu Invasive Species Committee (OISC) provided an update of their programs on the mountain and elsewhere. Learn about the OISC, Miconia, Cape Ivy, Glory Bush and Rapid Ohia Death in a PDF of her presentation attached here: OISC Presentation to 2015 TCA Annual Meeting.
