Our Community

Tantalus is a small residential community located in the Ko’olau Mountains just outside the Honolulu City Center. Surrounded by the Makiki-Tantalus State Recreation Area, Tantalus is one of the few residential areas within a State of Hawai’i Conservation District.

The purpose of this website is to provide information for our visitors and residents. Each section has been edited by one of our residents. We welcome your comments and interest in our special community. There also is a password-protected section for residents and owners. Please contact your block captain for the password.

The dates for 2026, are:. Typically, we meet in Feb. 10, April 14, June 9, Aug. 11, Oct. 13, and the Annual Meeting in Nov., most likely on Nov. 22 or 29.
