There are many ways to enjoy Mount Tantalus on foot, but hiking the Pu`u Ohia Trail is one of the most rewarding.

The trail ascends steeply up through guava and bamboo groves and is lined by ginger. At approximately 0.5 miles, the trail comes to the top of Mount Tantalus.
