Respect the road: Safety is everyone’s responsibility

On Tantalus, it is everyone’s responsibility to share our roads and pathways with cyclists, walkers, runners, and other cars, of course.

Please remember:

Drive courteously and defensively

Obey all traffic speed limits, parking regulations, signs and laws

Don’t block driveways with parked vehicles

Pay attention to the road. Pull over at a vista and park to enjoy a view.

It’s against the law to litter and dump trash

Please don’t “rev” your engine; this is a community where the residents enjoy a peaceful environment, just like the one you live in

“Stretch” limousines should use a “flagman” when turning around at a turn-out
